1. When will my order be shipped? All in-stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order.

2. What shipping carrier does Image Sport utilize?
UPS and Priority Mail. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
3. When can I expect my order? Please refer to the UPS Shipping Chart to calculate the number of days in transit. Priority mail- 2 to 3 days transit anywhere in U.S.
4. Does UPS require a signature? It is up to the individual UPS driver to determine whether or not they feel confident leaving a package when there is no one available to sign for it. To be sure that your package is left when no one is home, we suggest placing a note to UPS with your signature authorizing UPS to leave your package with no signature required.
5. How does a backorder affect my order? When an item is on backorder, we will process all remaining items ordered and ship them out right away. Please look at the paperwork enclosed in your package to determine if an item is on backorder. Backorders will not assess any additional shipping and handling charges and will not be charged to your credit card until we ship it to you. We will make every effort to alert you of any extended backorders.
6. Is your site secure to provide my credit card information? Yes! Image Sport uses a Secured Server so all info is secure.
7. Who has access to my information? Only Image Sport! We will never sell or give your personal info to anyone.
8. What are your payment terms? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for internet, mail and fax orders. We also accept Personal Checks or Money Orders for mail orders.
Returned Check fee for Insufficient Funds is $25.00.

9. Can I use my debit card? You can use any Visa or MasterCard debit card. Please note that a pre-authorization does occur once you place your order. This pre-authorization verifies and holds your order value plus 15%. Once your order ships out, your debit card will be charged for the exact amount of the items shipped plus shipping and handling.
10. Was my order shipped? To see if your order was shipped out, please contact our customer service department at 800-919-0520. Please have your billing information available to aid in providing this information to you. Customer service can also provide you with your UPS tracking number when you call.
11. Can I change my order once it has been placed? Unfortunately, we can not entertain any order changes once you have placed your order.
12. What is the status of my order? Any specific questions regarding your order should be directed to Image Sport’s Customer Service department. You can reach them at 800-919-0520. Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm Central Time.
13. What if the merchandise I received is damaged, short, or the wrong item? All discrepancies for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc. MUST be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before wearing or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered. Image Sport will not assume responsibility after garments have been worn or washed.
14. How are shipping charges assessed for my order? Basic shipping charges are assessed by order value, see shipping for exact charges. Orders for over 5lbs, oversized packages, or over night shipping will be assessed additional charges.
15. Are there quantity discounts? Image Sport is committed to provide the highest quality products available at reasonable prices! Discounts may be available for larger orders (example: 12 or more of a particular item). Please contact our Internet Sales Department for any questions regarding any discount questions.
16. Can I order by phone, fax or mail?
Yes! To do so by phone, call our Internet Sales Department at 800-919-0520 during business hours. By mail or fax, print off and fill out the online order form and mail or fax it to the address or number located at the top of the order form.
17. How do I return an item? Returns require an Image Sport Return Authorization number (RA #). Returns are accepted if returned with a valid RA# to our warehouse within 14 Days of ship date. No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid RA#. Absolutely no returns on printed, worn, washed, decorated or otherwise embellished merchandise.
Returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer must be approved in advance and may be charged a 15%-20% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges. There is a minimum restocking charge of $10. Restocking fees are applied per order, not per item. Returns of this nature must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. Close-outs, discontinued and discounted merchandise are final sales.
Please allow 7-14 Business Days from receipt of returned merchandise for credit to be issued.
If replacement apparel is needed quickly please place a new order and you will be credited once the returned apparel has been received and processed.
